Why is 2+0 bullet?

I have played 2+0 game recently and it doesn't feel like bullet, it's way too slow why is it considered bullet?

All time <3 minutes is bullet time format. 3 minutes and over = blitz. 1 second interval counts as +40 seconds.

Play bullet 2 min OTB and after that tell me again if it was too slow.

Flying-- in a 5 minute game each side has 5 minutes.

This would be a 2 minute game.

Make sense?

Each side has 2 minutes..... OtB is fairly comparable to quicker speeds online.
