I know a youtuber that does scratch, it's griffpatch, you can watch his tutorials.

yea, it's very important, I've got a scar on my face recently cuz of that :(

You can buy some scratchers like this


Then, when it arrives SANITIZE IT!

Next, take the scratcher and gently scratch it where you feel itchy.
