VOICE CHAT DOES NOT WORK IN STUDY WINDOW

I am unable to chat via voice chat when i create a study and invite someone as a contributor? How to fix it? Thank you in advance.

What is voice chat?

There is an icon of a cellphone in chat room . That is voice chat .
