Could someone please explain the arrows in this image?

I turned on that button at the top right, which is supposed to Show Threat. But it turned on that red arrow in the bottom right telling me to castle. What's that all about?

FYI it's black's move.
Interesting... I haven't noticed that feature before.

I did a little looking around and I believe the Red arrow is showing the 'most threatening' (or 'best' might be a better word to describe it) move the opponent can make.

So if I'm interrupting the board correctly, black's best move is a6 and black should be aware that white's best move is king side castling (based on the premise that black's current move doesn't alter white's 'future plan').

Very interesting - thanks for asking - I enjoy learning.

BTW - I'd be interesting in knowing how you got the image to show up in your question. Oh, I see, the image is showing because of an embedded URL in the text of the question. Very nice. More learning...
Thanks man

To answer your question, I took a screenshot, uploaded to imgur, then embedded that in the post.
It shows what your "threat" is. So if black plays a6, your threat is gone. I know, complicated.
