I didn't even see queen h1

I saw Qh1+. And the important point is that then I stopped looking. Presumably we're conditioned by doing puzzles to see those sorts of lineups first and foremost...

I saw Qf1# and did not see Qh1+. I guess I am conditioned to look at opponent's king first.

So , Can i say that my thoughts in chess are same as a National Master

I also saw Qh1 first. For me queen is enough.
