Prevent lag compensation at Ultra and Hyper Bullet games

@penguingim1 but you haven't experienced the other side of the lag. If you have terrible lag, or even if you need to reonnect because of a bad connection you lose because 10 out of 10 times the other person will claim victory when you try to reconnect.

i'm just saying there is good lag and it's kinda ridiculous that having lag can be advantage
I think we can conclude that depending on the situation, sometimes lag gives the lagger an advantage, and sometimes a disadvantage. But since the lagger is the one at fault, and not their opponent, it's unfair for them to EVER have an advantage due to their lag. Either their opponent should have an advantage, or neither player.

If your moves take 2 seconds to reach the server, then <30 second time controls aren't for you. Play something else.
I think the 1 full second of comensation should be shortened to 200ms. Mainly because even on the fastest internet speeds, I never get less than 100ms here in the US. But yes, 30 second games shouldn't take more than 1:30 to complete... that's ridiculous. You can time any game yourself and see the difference. I've seen time scrambles of say 2 seconds each that take more than 10 seconds to resolve.
