I really like to play tournaments and so I always want to go into them but theres every time "error forbidden" but I don't know why. At my brother's account there is when he sees I'm online and he touches my profile "this player is using a chess program" or something like that but I didn't do I just analyzed a game while I played a ge.can you please make that I can play tournaments again please I'm kiefichess.

Never do analysis when you play a game, because Lichess thinks that you're using cheat-program. And, yes, send an appeal to this e-mail adress.
Well, you might have been marked because a lot of your classical games have the 0|0|9 in the analysis. 🤔

Cheaters always get caught. You could appeal per email but i don't think that's going to help.
The definition of cheating eludes quite a few it seems.
