I cannot add team leaders

I'm the leader of lichess.org/team/lichess-central-intelligence-agency
I'm trying to add more team leaders but it doesn't seem to work. When I click on the submit button I go to the team page but the team leader doesn't seem to be added.
Please look into this.

okay @LeelaCZer0 we already have CIA and a S.O.U.T.H and TCSIA confidential units, please do not copy us. it is not nice. We have all 3 units CIA much before yours and are all already in action searching for trolls and cheaters.
