Generate PGN with clock times

I recently played an OTB tournament and recorded the clock time for every move. I would like to put these games in a study, with the clock times for every move.

I can do it by manually editing the PGN file to include the %clk tag on each move, but I was wondering if LiChess (or some other site) had the facility to input the moves and clock times per move... It's getting a bit tiring manually editing these PGN files in Notepad...

I think you have to do that manually for now. I don't know if something like that exists. pretty sure not on lichess; but maybe somewhere else on the internet.
