Understanding dark matter

Dark matter is composed of particles that do not absorb, reflect, or emit light, so they cannot be detected by observing electromagnetic radiation. Dark matter is material that cannot be seen directly. Scientists believe that dark matter may account for the unexplained motions of stars within galaxies. Feel free to share your thoughts about it
Sabine Hossenfelder is known for her unusual takes on certain physical problems but that equally makes her views, let's say, a bit controversial.

Anyway - if her hypothesis is true that Dark Matter is not a question of either particles that so far haven't been found or a modified gravitational theory but it is both there should be possibilities to test that.
