Here I thought that 18.Qxd6+ was winning, but after the double check with 19.Re6++ the square c5 - previously covered by the white rook on e5 - became available...

That mate in 3 with the bishop and pawn would have been a sweet way to get away with it.

Regardless, that took some courage to even play a queen sacrifice like that. Respect.

You miscalculated. It's harder to find good moves in blitz than in classical. Taking your time is necessary to make good moves unless you are Magnus Carlsen or Andrew Tang.
