Hello all, I just acheived my goal of being 1900 rapid ( pretty close) and almost 1900 classical ( some games to go).
Now I want yo go to 2000 rapid and classical.
Can you guys give some tips? To get to that level

Most important is to play slower in rapid and classical. Example: 9+0 game with 6 minutes left at the end. Do not play 9+0 as if it were 3+0. This is not only about use of time, but also about the moves. The Rg1? might work in bullet and/or against weaker players, but in a longer time control and against a player of the level you want to reach it spells disaster.
@tpr Using 1/3 of your time on move 15 is perfectly fine and there is nothing wrong with it.
No, it is wrong if you are checkmated with 6 unused minutes left on your clock. The player played a questionable move and several blunders by playing too fast. If the game really goes beyond move 40, then you can speed up towards the end, but if you play too fast at the start you do not even get to move 40.
If you speed up towards the end, blunders in the endgame would be fatal and you will lose. I agree with you on white played bad, but it was not because of he played 15 moves in 3 minutes. I have OTB games where I played the first 15 moves in less than 1 minute. That is acceptanle when you memorised stuff. But 4. Rg1 is weird and bad, so he should have thought more after that.
