5+3 loose on time bug?

I've noticed it many times: time runs down, I make a move when I am at least two seconds above zero, and instead of incrementing by 3, I immediately get a loss on time.

Is it a bug? Seems whenever you make a move when you are below 3 seconds you loose on time.

Your connection is bad.

If I have 5 seconds and premove - I get 8 seconds.

If I get below 3 seconds I just loose on time even if I make the move immediately.

Happened to me multiple times...
