There is no berserk option outside of tournaments, but you can always run down your clock from 15 to 7 seconds at the start of the game (on move 2).
Yeah but if you do that in rated UB games it would be sort of dumb
You can berserk in normal games (ultra bullet) all you have to do is, go to chrome extensions (you can find them in opera also, install chrome extensions in opera) and type "Lichess berserk" you will find an extension named "Mutual Berserk" add it to chrome and you are ready!

EDIT: Ultra bullet is useless don't play too many, just few games a day is "ok"
I don't think you can mainstream 7.5 without some form of lag reduction.
