This player uses chess computer assistance

I get this message with nearly every one I play against..................should I just resign or play the game
You have been marked for using chess computer assistance which is why you only play against others with that mark. If you believe that you have been falsely marked as a computer cheater, you can appeal by emailing contact@lichess.org.

However, if you cheated EVEN ONCE then your account is banned from playing rated games against non cheaters.
Just an add on to the last post: I've never seen Lichess go wrong with cheater marks. And when you cheat, you only cheat yourself.
Why does lichess let cheaters still play. I mean I know they will play other cheaters but still.
Because having cheaters play other cheaters, oblivious to the fact that their accounts are flagged, is better than just banning them since they can always make a new account.
I only joined a few days ago ..& I have lost more then I have won.......OK thank you all for explaining
@tigerprowl he has some games that look superficially suspicious but the three I ran through don't look suspicious to my (non expert) eyes - only natural moves. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes - even the lichess cheat detection system. See e.g.:

Opponent straight up hung his/her queen. lichess.org/lVwFrpl4#16

All moves played look natural and not computer like, opponent again hung queen: lichess.org/OjoilO9t/black#0

Very low CPL and errors, but opponent basically hung all pieces and no tricky or suspicious moves I could see: lichess.org/nLODziv1#44
