I am analyzing e4 seriosly - stockfish does great job in atomic. You want to have pawn duo in center and tension on flanks - possibilities of putting minor pieces on b5/c5.

For black - tricky unsound openings with queen sac (Nf3 d6, Nh3 d5) - you can watch games of strong players (like GrandLapin) using the opening explorer. Good for bullet.

And I reccomend you use study for atomic and antichess - to store great ideas, forcing lines and traps. Nice option for us by Lichess!

i still don't understand the cup system, i loose a cup, probably cause i don't play but still in top 100, i play 2 games and i m still not in the top, may i find some rules somewhere?

well i prefer hand-washed but since i got 7 cups it will be faster in the dishwasher, good question anyway
