is a centipawn loss of 9 in bullet (2+1) a indicator of cheating?

@CasualGames4ever where did I ever say that? You said that people can't cheat in a minute, I showed you that that's not the case. Nowhere did I say that people are unable of playing fantastic clean games against me on their own.
@CubesAndPi first off, mistook you for Dr_Sven. But also those programs are likely incredibly rare. The whole cheating problem is in all actuality rather small, yet people think its so massive because people play decently in bullet. The majority of cheaters are just using a second device, very few have instaplay software or whatever that was.
there are small tournament with cash prizes, not huge though still a target for scrupulous people. if there's money to it then there's a market for it. some people just want the world to burn
In terms of the title of the thread: one of the first blitz games my son (rated ~1300) played on this site he had an ACPL of 4 with a 0/0/0 analysis for the game - I wish I could get those figures!

A brief look at it showed that he went a queen up for nothing after 6 moves and then spent 50 moves winning it with a consistent advantage of greater than +10, beyond which I think the software does not regard any move as inaccurate.

So: a centipawn of loss of 9 in 2+1 bullet is not by itself an indicator of cheating. It probably happens quite a bit among lower rated players where one side gets a huge advantage early on and the other side plays on to mate.
