@eph289dotcom You are mistaken about engine analysis. When you turn on the engine on the analysis board, it is NOT running on the server, so the device DOES make a difference. In fact, if you read the text beside the engine toggle switch, it even tells you "in local browser." There are further settings for the engine analysis that make this local nature even clearer; for example on my laptop I can set up to 7 CPUs to handle the analysis, but on my phone I have a maximum of 3.
The server analysis is reserved for when you request a computer analysis for a completed game, but has nothing to do with what runs in the analysis board.
