Disconnect = Loss in Swiss Tourney??!!

I love the new Swiss tournament but I had a power outage just now, lose power for a few seconds (long enough to kill my laptop as it's battery doesn't work) and I signed back in to discover I had lost.

Shouldn't my time just run if I disconnect?

This is very annoying and should be fixed.

@Narz It's because after 1 minute after a player leaves a game, the opponent can claim victory.

Hmm, I think 1 min isn't long enough. Maybe for a blitz game but definitely not for rapid or slow. It takes about three minutes for my computer to restart.
