I think there's something wrong with the game completion rate statistic. Here are some observations:
1. My profile currently shows a game completion rate of 83%. I've played about 10,000 games. The only time I've failed to complete a game is when my internet fails, which I'd guess has happened in less than 1% of my games. So 83% just seems like a ludicrous number -- I can't imagine where it comes from!
2. I've noticed the number changes much faster than it should if it took into account all games, which makes me suspect it's just based on your last so many games. I just looked over my games for the last month (there's about 300 of them): two were aborted before they began, and one ended with the other player leaving; I didn't leave any games. So again, this doesn't seem to match 83%.
3. I've noticed that if I play a bunch of rated games, the number returns to 100%, but when I start playing unrated games it drops again.
Many people (myself included) regard leaving games to be poor sportsmanship, so I think this statistic should either be accurate or omitted.
