Lichess don't allow rated correspondence variants ( big problem)
Nah, it's the only correct thing to do if you want to avoid pollution of the leaderboards (which was happening on a large scale before this rule was implemented). 1/4+0 variants games are casual by default too, only thing that's still missing is to add 0+1 to that list of time controls that just shouldn't be allowed in chess variants.
