I think the 'Lichess content team' is the group/team of people who help design/program Lichess, or they post Lichess blogs.

It's not Community Blog Posts, it's about the official Lichess Blog Posts, it's about their contribution towards Lichess. Like creating/helping with official studies like Titled Arena Puzzle, writing Lichess Blog (Example. lichess.org/blog/YaP2EBEAACMAnjMj/carlsen-versus-nepomniachtchi-fide-world-championship-round-3), the blog post is written by (@)Cynosure, though it doesn't appear in his profile, he instead gets the badge. The contribution can also be creating Mega Team Battles, etc.
