in my opinion That's not right one side Rating Positive got
But the other side Rating Negative To gain

I can not speak English well

I understand what you mean. It's a bad idea. If a 2300 player draws with a 1700 player, the former should lose and the latter should gain. The ratings are not absolute points as in football standings; they are relative points - relative to one's opponent, that is.

I think the voicemail isn't a good idea (trolls, rage, and so on).

Please no. 30 seconds each is plenty. If you aren't ready to play, don't join a game. Especially considering that you can have games that last less than two minutes, having two minutes wait time is excessive.

Oh i never realised that. I thought it's some kind of voice chat. Lucky i never got one of those voicemail.

I agree 30 seconds is not enough. Sometimes my internet crashes and whenever i had restarted it, i ,,aborted" the game. It's quite annoying.
I think a possibility for the waiting side to abort the game without consequences (after, let's say, 40 seconds) should be added in case the two minutes make it's way.
