Suggestion : Why can't we organize bullet contest U2000 (or U1700 for other) ? Because during tournament, it's a pleasure to play against all kind of chess players, but it's also a target to finish on the top of the classement. And for a player like me, it's impossible because all the best results belongs to strong players or IM / NM / GM players.
