Bad people.

This community is full of good people. There are however some very bad people.
There are people who prefere to get points they didn't earn for a clear misclick of yours, than to give an undo.

IRL when I see that someone is making a pretty obviously wrong move I'm the one telling "are you sure"?

Here people can't wait for an opponent who's clearly winning the game to misclick on the board.
It happened so many times for me that I want to click on a square, instead it lands the piece onto another one... that I'm slowly losing interest in the game.

I blacklist all those players, but there should be a reporting tool either.
You can continue blacklisting forever in that case. Mouse accuracy (and speed, if you play without increment) is a crucial part of online chess. No point in reporting, if you click wrong then that is your problem and not that of your opponent...
Try playing longer time controls and especially switching on move confirmation if you're too annoyed by these kind of mistakes. That should solve the biggest part of your issues.
For me is this whole takeback business bad.

Everyone has his special view of it. The root of all evil. ;)

Don’t do that. The fairest:

-Move
-Offer draw
-Resign

Keep away from takebacks. Children’s skirmishes but not chess.
Online chess is (at least) three component game
- ability allocate time correctly
- ability to choose moves on allocated time
- ability not screw up with mouse
AND undo's are not part of chess. So improve your skill. Besides most people have and should have in their settings so ask or grant undos.
Imho there are cases and cases.
There are surely cases in which you are short of time and your wrong move is surely driven by the fact that time is running out.

I don't count those cases. I was talking about the cases in which it is obvious that the player didn't intend to do such move.

Since that doesn't happen IRL because you cant "miss one pixel" and do the wrong move. Or if your hand misses the grasp (like my button missed the press mode), it makes a real difference between playing a fun game in a IRL tournament, or a win-or-die game here.
The cure: activate move confirmation in your profile. Grant yourself takebacks instead of begging for them.
@Sarg0n "For me is this whole takeback business bad." I disagree. When my opponent makes an obvious misclick if I like the person and enjoy the game I offer a takeback. Why? because who wants to win a game that way?
#9 I've lost enough games on time that (at least in rated play) I don't offer takebacks.
