Is it advantageous to go first?

I did the opening is fine i just want to know if two elite machines play the best move possible, then white might acually have a higher chance
@Fructose-Pear No. I've ran 100 (yes) games with Arena on my computer with stockfish, rybka, etc. at 30 min time, most games (99) were draws. One game White won solely due to time-out
@Fructose-Pear If two engines play perfect moves, then chess is likely a draw. White's first move advantage is minimal at best and black normally can equalize. Also your username is kinda redundant because pears are fruits and fruits have fructose in them, so yeah...
Database shows that white has 55% score., among engines at OTB TC and human at OTB TC.

That means, white player has +35 elo advantage vs black player.

However, when the games are played in corresp chess or extremely Long TC, white advantage may be as narrow as +5 elo. ( Time control scaling effect and higher rating scaling effect)

Chess is a draw, but the path to the draw is broader for white than for black.
White can lose 2-3 tempi and still draw, black can only lose 1-2 tempi and still draw.
