To-do list for your growth in Chess

Except for reference material, I've read every book I ever bought. Except for when feeling ill, I finished every meal set before me.

I have a compulsion to finish anything started, so I don't understand how anyone would develop these habits.

EDIT: I just read several articles from this website, and they provide hackneyed tips that, in general, shouldn't be taken at face value. I'd rather read another article about a good method of crossing the street.
@jonesmh Nice, it's very good for you ! Trust me, many people like me unfortunately don't have these habits and the methods like in this article can be very helpful for us.
@Susik_Gaboyan We can all relate!I think once you get in the habit of doing something, you will find it easier to continue the process. This is easier said than done but you can start by setting a small goal e.g read a few pages of a chess book everyday then gradually increase the amount you read per day. When I get bored with doing something, i try and remind myself the purpose of the task and whether it would benefit me in the long run.You are definitely not alone, I also struggle with getting things done but I’m trying to become more organised ;)
@Tae7 Yep, you're completely right, I already made my to-do list after reading this, let's see how it's gonna work, I believe that first month or even few months will be very difficult :) Thank you for support and advices.
Hello WIM Susik_Gaboyan. Will you play with me 15+10 two games? Thanks. Great article shared by the way.
People need guidance on what to do and more importantly on what not to do.
Whenever they do something qualified as not to do, they do not do something qualified as to do.

An important not to do is opening theory.
It eats up all the time and gives nothing back.
