How to reach 2300 in blitz?

I feel like there is a great difference in quality and chess understanding between 2200s and 2300s players on lichess. What do you think is important to improve to reach 2300 blitz starting from 2200?
Dont play chess for months, get drunk, simultaneously watch netflix
just play chess and analys every game every time you analyse you wont make that mistake again

Yes.

I think you should work on your rapid and classical first. Fast instincts are developed over time through experience. Playing a lot of blitz doesn't count as useful experience because there isn't any feedback. You don't ever think deeply about the moves you played and I'm nearly certain you don't analyze them with an engine. In my opinion it would be nearly impossible for someone to get to 2300 blitz without being at least 2300 strength in rapid. I didn't say rating I said strength.

Having been someone that has gone from 2200 to 2300 there really isn't almost any difference at all between them except one of them blunders marginally less than the other. For example I've been doing some data analysis and a difference of about 3% in my blunder rate accounts for 200 rating points. When I blunder (over 200 ACL loss) 17% of the time I am 2200. When I blunder 14% of the time I am 2400. This is true nearly every time I check my statistics. The single most important thing you can do to get better at this rating range is to just try to make less mistakes. I would advise you to pay more attention than usual to your opponent's resources, moves and ideas in slow chess until this is relatively automatic. I you actually commit to doing this your blunder rate will go down and your rating will likely increase. Make sure you analyze the games after to get the feedback I was talking about. Once it becomes more automatic for you to be instantly aware of your opponents resources, I'm pretty sure that will get you to 2300.
look at my rating over last year it works efficiently

in rapid you dont blunder that much so you should just make less mistakes and important understand why it's a mistake
