proper goal for tactics problems

What is a good goal of time limit to solve tactics that are four moves deep? Currently, I solve 50% in 10 minutes with zero or one hint.
I suppose it depends less on the number of moves played and more on the difficulty rating in terms of how long it will take to solve it.

I vary my approach from taking as long as it takes (sometimes spending an hour or more on a puzzle) to playing faster and more intuitively. If I am thorough and take as long as I need, my rating is 2100+ but if I start playing faster, my rating goes down to 1800+. The problem with that approach is the puzzles are different at different rating levels. On one hand, playing faster is more realistic in terms of game performance but I think taking my time allows me to learn more difficult patterns and to train how to think more deeply.

There is a method known as the "woodpecker" that involves repeatedly solving a specific set of puzzles in faster and faster time intervals. That seems like the best of both worlds - affording the opportunity to think deeply, internalize patterns by repetition and playing faster with shorter time limits. I'd like to see lichess implement something like that.
