Puzzle system is frustrating more than it is rewarding

Stop being obtuse. My complaint is that I am not getting "the real meat".

My puzzle rating is 2700 and I think some of the problems are kind of tricky.

The system is ok, including puzzle pairing.

If you wanna go up and get harder puzzles, Sarg0n gave you the best advice. Don't fail easy ones, and for that you just have to take your time on the puzzle. Only move when you are very sure.

If lichess gave everybody harder puzzles than their level, the number of fails would also be frustrating, no?

Focus on yourself, I don't think the problem is on lichess. Frustration always lead to reckless play.

I think that the system is fine. All you need to do is spend time on the easy puzzles. If they're easy, even if they give little points, I would believe that you would still gain more points that you would lose. You're bound to get the "real meat" sometimes. After all I get the "real meat" too.

I personally think tactics / puzzles chess.com are better , having solved more than 1,000 on each site. Lichess just takes random and bad tactics taken by user games on lichess .

Those are the tactics from everyday games, so perhaps they aren't so bad after all?
But really, neither the green pawn nor lichess have as good tactics trainer as chesstempo.

@Psyman2 I think that @lovlas is right.Besides,Puzzle pairing works like in Swiss Tournament Pairing in my opinion.If You are on Top You not always have to play vs the strongest Player.Besides if You want to have perfect calculation,I have advice to You-

If you really do want harder puzzles you can cheat your way up and then see if you can keep that level, no one would care.

I also think the puzzle system sometimes can be unfair, it would be excellent if we could just choose the rating range, it could even be unrated on the side to not mess with your real rating.

Even if you have a decent(!?) rating you can make big leaps forward. Just now this one yielded well a fat +16.
