How i lost a won game on time.

nevertheless it was a good game according to our standards!

Don't worry you lost on time, be proud of the chess you played!
if you want to play quality games I recommend avoiding blitz
„The fact that a player is very short of time is to my mind, as little to be considered as an excuse as, for instance, the statement of the law-breaker that he was drunk at the time he committed the crime.“ ~ Alexander Alekhine
Time is one one of the given(!) factors during a game. Thus you have to act accordingly. If you have little time on the clock, then you shouldn't waste it calculating too long variations. If you have a lot of time, on the other hand, you may spend more time. As far as the game is concerned, you knew that you had little time to think. That is to say, no matter how beautiful game you play, you have to play fast. And if you gain in quality, you lose on speed...
At least you had an reasonable excuse: time trouble. I sure as hell did not:

Some days you just wish you had never been born...
