You should really take into account players who play that bullet game. I claim that Magnus' bullet game is better than some 1700's classical, if you doubt it please check cpl in his bullet games played in Titled arenas. In the wake of above mentioned things Naka vs Magnus bullet match wouldn't be only about internet connection speed and mouse skills.

100% correct.
If I play Carlsen with 2 hours vs 1 minute time limit , I will surely lose!
Bullet at the highest level is much better chess than the classical played by 90% of all human players in the world...
If anybody doubts this , analyze some of Carlsen's games in the titled arena and then analyze some average classical games.

Carlsen's bullet is probably better than my rapid/classical.
