just a question why i dont can play on blitz arena?
any problem ?

it´s very fustrated

Your highest rating in the past week was at least 1701. You won't be able to participate in U1700 blitz tournaments until you've been <=1700 for a week. This is to discourage sandbagging (e.g. 2000 player deliberately losing a dozen games in order to participate in the tournament and win easily).
