Is this a good opening for white? (Diemer gambit)

I played 2 games as white where I sacrificed my e4 pawn and castled queen side.

I discovered later that I was playing a gambit called Diemer gambit.

In both the games I thought white reached an attacking position quickly. What are your thoughts about this gambit?

Game 1:

Game 2:

This is no Diemer gambit: that is 1 d4 d5 2 e4 dxe4 3 Nc3 Nf6 4 f3.
If you like playing this, then why not? Objectively it is a disadvantage that you have sacrificed your central e-pawn. It is an advantage that the black player probably has never seen it before.
@tpr It's not the Blackmar-Diemer gambit, but it's still Diemer.

This is also attributed Diemer, along with another guy, Duhm:

In terms of its quality, @antarmukhee, the Diemer-Duhm is definitely not "good" for white in any normal sense of the word. With perfect play white might not be losing, but that's a low bar :)

If you like the resulting positions, it's ok to play every now and then, but I certainly wouldn't put a lot of weight on that in serious games :)

Cheers!
