Account OK, but IP blacklisted - why?

Hi, I cannot find the answer in FAQ or anywhere here. My account is fine, I log in via mobile explorers or app, but when I try to log in via desktop, it says my IP is blacklisted for violating ToS... How is that possibile and what can I do about it?

Maybe you created another account on the same ip, violated ToS there and it thinks this is a new account

No, I have only one account.

Funny enough, it is all OK again. Maybe it was a bug or mistake. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

cześć, no I haven't. And it's actually recurring matter throughout the day. I can log in, then I'm blocked, and then everything's OK again, etc.

I'm guessing you were collateral damage from an IP nuke (of another actual violator). Good to see it's been fixed!
