Here is an example of grudges in the forums and why blocking needs to do something.

I actually have this person blocked but it’s so laughable that they can still interact with me.

The only way to get this person out of my hair is to stop using the forums entirely and that’s really not fair

Even if I agree with you that if the there was an ignore feature that would be implemented on the clients sides in order to not overload Lichess's infrastructure it would make this forum more enjoyable. I must admit that InkyDarkBird has some point here. And I include myself in the group that should read this Gentle Reminder.

@bfchessguy “forgive and forget” can only work when both people do it. If someone continues to bother you and doesn’t let you then how can you?

Wasn't even insulting you btw.
And I have not directly interacted with you since last year yet you decide to dislike every single one of my posts.
I even tried to peacefully dissipate this conflict by creating a forum in Off-Topic asking for help for solving an issue when there was no way to contact them, which was referencing you.
Yet you decide to do nothing and just simply dislike every one of my posts and perpetuating the hatred we feel towards each other.
