Some tournament creators abuse this feature, change back and forth how they want so their team wins or not for example and since "You really shouldn't change this value after the tournament has started!" why not disallow to change this option for all tournament creators?

The number of leaders has been constantly changing (15 -> 5 -> 3 -> 2 -> 5 -> 1), moreover, the creator of the tournament was offline!
@oops14 That's exactly the reason, for players it's very disappointing who are leaders and then later not anymore
Yes indeed , some features that allows changing the settings during the tournament needs to be changed i think , like the numbers of leaders or even the time control/during of tournament !

I totally agree! It can't be changed! The strength of the team is comprized by the particular amount of players, and it shouldn't be changed in the process.
