That rook doesn't look happy on f1 and even less so on f2. It's generally better to trap your opponents pieces ;)

I counted at least 4 needless pawn moves.
You do not appear to be aiming for piece coordination. None of them are "talking" to each other. I think you need to slow down and make a plan. When you plan your pieces tend to coordinate better.
Finally move 13 (I think..) you exchanged your rook but that gave your opponent the open file. Not a good trade.
Now I've spent longer analyzing this than you spent playing...tpr is right.
