We need one more person and then we can have six teams and we can decide what countries then but people should be flexible

I'd like to play for the Netherlands but if I'm the only one I'm fine with playing for Belgium.
Here's something to keep in mind: if each match is played on three boards, that means one of the teams in each match is going to get more white games than the other team. That seems a little unfair, so I propose either:
• Players play their opponent twice: once with white, once with black;
• Each team has an even amount of players.
Double round seems OK, black pieces won't be to blame.
