If less people the reward would be $10, if more people ,it would be $20
Sorry, I find your English difficult to understand. Probably not your 1st language. The prize money, what guarantee is made? You may find that promising a check in the mail is not much of an incentive.
2nd, when offering prize money, what guarantee's can you provide that arbitration issues will be dealt with by a qualified individual? Cheating measures in place?

I think the OP, as he explained, is simply "testing the waters". There is no announced time, many details as to the format are not given.
He wants "to know if online players would be willing to join".
Offers up $10 as incentive. He posted then has left, wanting players to message him "about playing the next round".
Far as I know, there has not been any rounds.
Edit. I see the link has been removed about a tournament. It used lichess' standard announcement, which seemed fishy, as if the tournament was sponsored by lichess.
Private tournaments are organized by "Teams" with team members participating.

Your predicament is much more of my concern. i believe everyone out there is also having the similar issues like you have.
The reason i offline yesterday was because it is quite late already in my country . I'm posting at midnight timezone at my country. Furthermore, the reason i delete the link is because there is no crowd of chess player participating. I would love to have more frequent set up of this kind of tournament to gain crowd participation.
i think FischyVishy organised a few tournaments with price money out of his own pocket. maybe you can message him he seems to be a nice guy. (top 10 3 check )
