I would like to create tournaments to practice some endgames or basic positions. Rook+Bishop vs Rook+Knight with a few pawns, let's say.
As far as I see, it's not possible to do that. Only some pre-determined opening positions can be chosen.
Most probably I would create an equal position. Technical win positions might be harder to arrange, because players may want to play equal number games with White and Black. But if it's a team tournament for a chess training group, or the tournament is not rated, that wouldn't be so important.
Such a feature would increase chess education value a lot.
