Is rapid chess better to play better?!

Ok, here is my story, i've been trying to improve my chess for a year, mostly i was playing bullet and blitz, i had a progress, but very little, like 50-100 points in a whole year, then i started playing blitz, but i did not really like blitz, i was kinda in the middle, i was playing too fast or too slow.
Now(for 3-4 days) i started playing rapid and i am pretty happy with 10 minute games, it gives me time to think, my blunders reduced, i now make 0 or 1 blunder in my most games, now i have different kind of philosophy, i am just playing to play better and not to beat my opponent, i am just playing to make best move, now i think that even a lost game is a won game, if i played well/did not make a lots of mistakes.

so my question is which is better to progress in chess, rapid or blitz/bullet?

i don't play classical, because it's just soo boring for me.
Any time control that is longer is of course better for chess improvement. I think even Bobby Fischer said that blitz chess kills ideas, so maybe even blitz isn't good enough for that much improvement, but it is of course better than bullet. I would also recommend playing with increment, since you will less likely get flagged in that time control. The only issue with longer time controls is of course cheaters.
If you make 0 or 1 blunder in most of your games then you don't need to progress, you are already a chess master :)
Rapid is best for online chess.. Not too short like blitz, not too long like classical. It is in the middle.

I think bullet is not a chess. It is about how much your mouse fast??
If you want fun , bullet or blitz.
For improvement , rapid or (better) classical.
If you wanna break your finger , Ultrabullet.
If you wanna go to the MADHOUSE , ultrabullet berserk.

if you check my last 5-10 games you will see that i only make 0-1 blunders, but we should keep in mind, that i play simple games, i am not overcomplicating, if i play with someone who plays with weird opening or so, i will most likely blunder for a many times :D
