Why does black win this game by time? Shouldn't it be a draw?

Black would win only if a checkmate (even self-mate) is possible... but I can't find any way that black can deliver a checkmate. Can you guys see it? Or it's a mistake by Lichess? lichess.org/TpurFDFy/black#108
Because white has a pawn, it is possible for white to win. But that is the same rule for black.
to be more specific, If white didnt had the last pawn, it would have been a draw because of insuficient material. Black cant win with a single bishop, but in this scenario he can checkmate whites king in the corner because the white pawn can block the whites king
Black won by timeout, which means that there has to be a way for black to deliver a checkmate. I don't see how that's possible...
No, it is a mistake but it’s not significant enough to be a problem.
