Rook and king checkmate

@Meet_Raval1 Also notice in the earlier example how the Rook swings from one side to another with no apparent reason. It's exactly to avoid the left-and-right thing, to force White in to the opposition.

Hope this can help too. Basically, once you cut the enemy king with your rook, you keep a knight distance between both kings and only move the rook when necessary (either to cut the king one more file or because it´s threatened).
Really Nice! I have forgotten how to checkmate with rook and king completely. Thnx @Meet_Raval1 for showing this. It really refreshed my knowledge.
