Rage

I want help. So I lose a lot of rating, like today, and I start swearing at these people, because in the game I misclick when I have a win and they take advantage of it. How do I deal with this without the cursing method?

he/she is only playing anti-chess hyper bullet so he/she will get flagged if they enable move conformation.

Can't help

You can turn off chat so that if you feel like cursing, you can't. I think the way you do that is through Zen mode

Also, there is a green square in the upper right corner in any chat, if you click on that square, it turns dark and the chat is disabled - sometimes, you are also able to write private notes through that. Of course, Zen Mode is another way to turn off the chat (and if someone is a Kid or really desperate, there's always a Kid-mode :) )

There really is no help to this to be honest - at least, no "outside" help. The only help you really can expect, is from yourself - others (including me) are merely capable of giving an advice. (Well, the other real helpful person could be your Opponent, but I do not think that they wouldn't want to have an advantage.)
So, here are some advices for you:

-- Do not concentrate on Rating too much - rating fear is a serious problem for any chess player at some point - so yu have to gi into a game with the mindset of: "I'll play this game to improve and to win - not to lose or gain rating through a draw" (of course, drawing is perfectly fine and losing a certain amount of games is only natural - oh, and wasn't there some saying about mistakes that make you stronger?).

-- To not misclick, you can exercise bullet games v.s. the engines - from certain positions: This is of course not bullet-proof, but may help you to not misclick. Also, if you play correspondence and classical (or even slow rapid) games, you may turn move confirmation on. And there is another input method, where you type in the move e.g. you type Nf3 and it will be played.

-- So, now we get to the real deal - cursing! You can try, giving yourself a cursing penalty like for any swear-word you have to play through 5 puzzes or so (good for your chess in some sense) or you have to do a certain number of physical exercise (push-ups maybe).
Another way to deal with it, is that you imagine sitting in a real life OTB event - talking is prohibited there, cursing may even be punished severely! Although remembering this during Blitz or Bullet or even Rapid will be pretty hard.
So, what about listening to some great music while playing? If you really enjoy a song, album or piece, then listen to it! Even if you misclick, you may look on the bright side of it. (Of course, music may distract you and you have to make sure, that your music actually is music, not chess-content, because that would be cheating!)
Also, you may notice that you're swearing and thus you sit back, breath in slowly and then play on. Of course, in a bullet game this will cost you the game (unless you are very fast), so you may play bullet only from time to time.
And then, there is your will to stop it! Don't underestimate yourself and be a little more selfconfident! Swearing isn't any sign of selfconfidence (in my mind at least) and is way easier, than to not do it! So, try your best and show, that you are in control! I know, that this is pretty hard to understand and even harder to perform, but if you have understood and really, really want to stop cursing, then stop cursing!

I hope, that this post was able to give you one advice (or two).
