Any time control that has less than 2 minutes without increment is already considered bullet no?

3/4+0 is termed as bullet.
By the way, lichess shows 1/2 + 0 as bullet only. I can see it on creating a game section.

2+1 is also classified as bullet, but 2+2 is blitz.

Yes, because bullet is classified as *a time control of less than 180 seconds from both sides* or *a game of less than 360 seconds in total*.
And, FIDE calculator shows how long does a game lasts: If time control of match is 'minutes + increment' then the game lasts for 2 [minutes(in sec) + 40 (increment)]

What if a game has 100 moves( for both players )? then in 2 +1 there would be 440 seconds in total or less not 360
