Apostrophes displaying as HTML code

I have noticed a bug in practice mode in practice description where apostrophes are displaying with their HTML code (') instead of as a symbol (').

This bug is appearing on Mac OS X with Safari, Windows with Google Chrome and Linux with Firefox.

My localities are en-US on all platforms mentioned above. Apostrophes are displaying correctly in Practice titles...

@Frestho well spotted. My guess would be that is happening with all special characters.

@thibault how is it written in source code? I mean THE source code of the side, on the server? Is it typed with special signs or HTML codes?
