Just watched some lichess master TV. I think a good tactic on move 16. would have been Knight from d4xc6. If pawn took back, then Qxd6, attacking rook simultaneously with a double attack on the Knight on c5.
It would be materially losing. The rook escapes by capturing on b2, and the knight is just a trade; Bxc5 Nxc5 with the queens staring at each other, and if you try to take the second knight with the queen, then Bd4+ forks king and queen with black's queen backing it up. The c3 knight is in trouble, and both of black's bishops are improved.
Ah yes, sneeky
The Rb8 is protected so Nxc6 bxc6 Qxd6 Bf8 and now what?

I know I miscalculated. I was a bit tired when I wrote this.
