obamagate

America used to be great but now it seems like an endless series of cops murdering black people, riots in most major cities, possibly the worst response to a pandemic, an economy that rivals the Great Depression, and two dotards running for president. The way things are going an inadvertent discharge of nuclear weapons would be the only next worse thing that could happen.
The virus originated in wuhan china. With respect to the USA, President Trump was the FIRST politician to take it most seriously and put a travel ban on china in late Jan. He was called "xenophobic & racist" by ALL democrats for doing this.

Four weeks later, nancy pelosi danced around SF chinatown, showing she wasn't concerned at all about the virus.

Two weeks after pelosi's dance, NY gov cuomo and mayor de blasio also expressed no concern, telling all ny'ers to go out and live their normal lives, and that the virus was no concern.

It's amazing to me that the ONLY politician who took the chinavirus seriously was President Trump, yet so many still don't get that.
@happysmile77 actually the Marshal Islands issued the first travel ban from China, after Singapore cancelled flights from China.

Not that it matters because the genetic markers on the virus indicated it mostly came to the US from Europe. Most cases could have been stopped if there had been screening of inbound flights but Trump was to busy focusing on the wrong borders. EU is smart to ban travel from the US since they seem to have a better response.
Lol , why on earth would anyone assume that the Obama administration was any less corrupt ?
bottom line: china could have contained the virus at the source in wuhan, and spared the rest of the world. But they didn't do that.

Instead they barred flights from wuhan to the rest of china, and put all those infected on international flights for 2 months.

Being that there is a level 4 bio lab in wuhan, its not a stretch to say china unleashed a plague on the world.

Businesses, schools, kids, all had their lives forever changed because of china. china is the biggest threat to this world. And the USA needs President Trump, more than ever, to fight back or the entire world will be china's in a few years, which is their goal.
@happysmile77
I don't care if you think Trump is the best president ever. I don't care if you think Obama is a real life Bond villain. Heck, I'm fine with your postings of links to uber-conservative conspiracy theories. It doesn't hurt anyone.
But please, for the love of all that is good, don't keep provoking and antagonizing people who don't agree with your political (or, as they appear to me, religious) views with random claims and insults. It's not encouraging anyone to change their mind at this point. It's making Republicans look like a bunch of Trump-worshipers who ignore any iota of reason and see the slightest criticism of our president as an attack on the American way of life. I, for one, do not think that this is how the party should be represented. You want to encourage people to vote for Trump? Focus on his accomplishments and try to draw attention AWAY from the fact that he is abusing the power of the presidency to try Obama, a man who gave eight years of his life serving his country in the ways that he thought were best, for a crime (one which carries the death penalty) that would have been virtually impossible for Obama to commit. Even the staunchest of Republicans, like Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham, are doing it.
Last time the US administration was not corrupt ? at a guess - 1775 ? To be fair this could easily be applied to any major administration worldwide since the start of civilization.

On the 1.5 million Americans who’ve tested positive for coronavirus
On 21 May, Trump declared to reporters at the White House, “When you say that we lead in [coronavirus] cases, that's because we have more testing than anybody else.

"So when we have a lot of cases, I don't look at that as a bad thing. I look at that as, in a certain respect, as being a good thing because it means our testing is much better.

On killing coronavirus with ‘light inside the body’
“Suppose that we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it's ultraviolet or just very powerful light,” Trump said at a White House coronavirus briefing on 23 April, before continuing: “Supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way.”

He then suggested that ingesting disinfectant might kill the virus: "Is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? It sounds interesting to me, so we'll see. But the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That's pretty powerful."
