I'm Looking for Something New to Play With White

Hey- I feel like I'm not sure what to play with the white pieces (Standard chess) at the moment. I'm in no rush but I feel like I need something new.

When I started out I played the Queen's Gambit and I would say I learned quite a lot from it in the year I played it. Then I switched to the London Opening (Not London System, there's a difference) for about a year and even developed some theory of my own (with some friends too), which was fun. I can still play the London now and get decent results with it (I beat(drew) an NM in an OTB tournament with it and won against several 1800 players) but I have a feeling it's getting a bit stale, not just because I'm bored of playing it but because sometimes the play in CERTAIN VARIATIONS can get a bit stale, and the plan in general has. I also tried a couple other openings, such as the Trompowsky, in between. I have decided I'm playing the Dark Knight System with the black pieces (1...Nc6 exclusively against most white main moves), so I was also trying 1.Nc3 with white, although it is actually pretty different from playing 1...Nc6 with black. For one that extra tempo is both a blessing and a curse, and also Nc3 is a pretty transpositional opening with not many independent lines.

I'm wondering what I should learn next for white. Should I try to go back to the Queen's Gambit and try to patch my weak spots in theory and planning I had then, or try to learn something different- maybe 1.e4 or 1.c4 or something else? Something that I can get decent winning chances (play for an advantage with white), possibly something that's slightly off-beat (like Nc6 where the theory is pretty unknown) and something I can learn and get pretty good at in about a year (I want to go to World Open 2020 with confidence). I know 1.e4 can have a lot of theory, and 1.c4 Is simpler but I don't think white can get much of an advantage with 1.c4, can he? (Maybe I just don't understand since I've never played it). I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks for your time reading. Happy Checkmating!
When I'm in the mood for something spicy I like to play 1.b3 or 1.g3

Also doesn't hurt to start with 1.Nf3 and decide after black's had a move, since 1...e5 is, in my opinion, the most challenging to both b3 and g3
Try something hypermodern ,like a Reti.If you were some 200 elo lower , I would recomend some spicy openings(for blitz works quite well) like Hallowen Gambit , Grob, King's Gambit.Or try a french defense , the advance variation (it is quite positional). If you specialized in 1d4 , try some King's Indian
@newagear The point of this was that I wanted to find something to play with white seriously for serious tournaments like the World Open which I plan to go to next year
All of this uncommon openings can be countered easily. It may result is a slightly worse position or an equal position.
Try playing something closed with 1e4.Try to learn French Advance Variation and Caro-Kann Advance Variation.Don't get into the sicilian theory. It is way to vast.In Ruy-Lopez , a lot of variations are kinda drawish. The same applies for the Italian game , but is more boring. If you have time, start playing hyper-modern or 1e4.It is very strong.
The Reti. Closed games with a delayed d4, keeping Black guessing. Transpositions are lurking everywhere (to regular d4 games). You will notice some synergies.

Random & recent example of mine: lichess.org/l80PSfIC/white
my favourite line is the bongcloud vs the scandinavian defence

1. e4 d5 2. cxd5 Qxd5 3. Ke2

you should try it sometime
Play 1.d4. Against Queens Gambit enter the Karlsbad pawn structure:

Then there are a few other black systems for which you will have to find likable setups.
